Lleh asked:

I don’t mean what do you think is reasonably possible given the present circimstances. I don’t mean the names of the leaders who can make it happen. I just want to know what you really want America to be like in the best of all possible (or impossible) futures. What will your kids and grandkids and great great grandkids experience in the best America you can envision?

Do politicians really determine our future in America, or we the people?

Jonathan M asked:

I would never ask for your opinion without first giving mine. I don’t believe politicians matter when it comes to the success of American people. Do they have any effect at all? Of course; However these effects made by politician never completely drive out possibilities of people in America making success in their life. I truly believed that people who always complain problems are their own problem becuase instead of doing something about the problem, they sit back and settle for it. And at the same time trying to make their problems the responsibility of others to solve. Any time a miraculous change has happened in America, especially towards the good, it was done by the people and not politicians. People are utimately resposible for their own destiny. That my opinion.

What is the future of Corporate America?

May 28th, 2009

Dr. Debra Davenport asked:

With people leaving corporate jobs in droves to start their own businesses, corporations cutting back on benefits, and the death of companies like Enron, what is your opinion about the future of American corporations? Do you think the “corporation” is alive and well and will continue to thrive, or do you foresee a new kind of business emerging? Do you think people are happier working for a large company, or for a small business? And do you think American corporations are at risk of losing their place in the global business community?

A lot to think about —

I look forward to your comments and insights.

My best,
Dr. Debra
