Reading the education questions here, do you fear for the future of America as much as I do?

Kids asking what was Hester Prynne’s punishment in The Scarlet Letter? Kids in college asking how to find their GPA? Kids asking what kind of an excuse to use in a letter explaining their low grades in high school? Kids asking what is the growing season in Washington State? PLEASE tell me these are fake letters. Can kids today be so dumb? Is it too much time spent in chatrooms and playing Wii? Or is it something else? I pray for our future. It is in terrible peril. Do they not know the internet is a tremendous resource at their fingertips and that they can find out almost anything they want by “Googling it? Or do they just want someone else to give them the answers? I double majored in architecture and English Lit in college - 3.83 GPA - Summa Cum Laude on both. NEVER got below an A on a paper. Anyone want to buy some A papers? Can I get rich selling them? Wake up and smell the Starbucks my children. There are no simple ways to get through life. Start working.
